In order to secure the reliability of floating LiDAR data, ELENERGY completed the installation of a fixed LiDAR near the new offshore wind farm site in December 2021. Installed LiDAR is a powerful tool in any wind measurement toolbox, from wind farm development, site construction, to site and project operations.

Entirely replace the need for a met mast within an Energy Yield Analysis wind/measurement campaign. Remove uncertainties associated with met masts including flow distortion, cup calibration, and seasonal issues.
